Anne-Mari Seberger, PMP, is the founder of Optima Advisory Partners. She spent years inside a Fortune 500 company helping teams cut out wasted effort, solve problems at the source, and build daily habits that keep improvements going. She also helps leaders figure out how to bring AI into their work in a careful, sensible way. Her hands-on, no-nonsense approach means leaders don't just plan for change, they actually make it happen. Outside of work, she enjoys hosting lively gatherings, traveling, and spending time with her family and pets.
